چکیده مقاله:

Coefficient gas flow orifice previously in accordance with standard ANSI / API 2530 is calculated, is improved by apply of sampling gas methods ,orifice location , impacts from there liquid phase in gas and other effects of mechanical orifice gas in accordance with Academic achievement and last modified laboratory. Molecular weight of gas liquid as C7 + in gas analyses is measured to calculate gas critical properties by freezing points difference of pure component and solvent material. Sherkavay result was used as index to calculate gas compressibility factor by all of gas mixing rules, equations of state and effect of non hydrocarbons. This gas mass calculation is compared with sulphur production of this gas and finally Sutton mixing rule with Shell Oil equation state and so capability of using in PLC dehydration plant control system are selected. Result of these changes, the difference of gas which averaged 10 MMSCFD for many years was to 2 MMSCFD brings that this difference also induced the formation of liquid gas in the pipeline, which this quantity was obtained by hysys software
