Background and Aim: AIDS is a progressive, incurable and preventable viral disease that affectsdifferent aspects of one s life. Acceptance and commitment based therapy, which is associated withimproved sexual health of patients with high risk sexual behaviors, the purpose of this study was tointroduce an acceptance and commitment approach to improve the sexual health of women withHIV.Methods: In this simple review study, search databases, Google Scholar, Pubmed, Medline, Irandoc, SID, and Science direct with the keywords Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Sexual Issues, ACT, Sexual Health, Affected and Hypertensive Women HIV was searched and finally 7 internal and 7 external articles were reviewed.Results: According to research, commitment and acceptance-based therapy improve the components of marital satisfaction and improve the quality of life of individuals.The design of the meetings is as follows:First session:Introducing group members using an icebreaker. Conduct pre-tests, discuss behavioral boundaries, and explain the rules and principles governing counseling sessions, including respect, confidentiality, informed consent by group members to perform the treatment process, setting treatment goals and whether change is possible, and explaining the philosophy of intervention based on This approach measures the ACT using ABC analysis by drawing a table that includes: Behavioral Prediction, behavior, short-term outcome and long-term outcome (next step task)second session:Introduce creative helplessness with hungry tiger metaphors, and draw races (an important acronym in marital life) and introduce past dysfunctional systems (familiar with past efforts to accomplish goals). Thought and emotion control) are aimed at accepting HIV disease and accepting the suffering that accompanies it, while not altering the course of interpersonal behaviorfourth Session:Training in Acceptance of Unpleasant Thoughts and Emotions from Disease Using Guest Metaphors, Practice Psychological Space (Acceptance Practice)At this stage, it was attempted to increase one s mental acceptance of mental experiences (thoughts, feelings, etc.) and to reduce ineffective control of the interaction. The Metaphor of a Life Movie.Eight Session:Commitment training and relapse prevention, with metaphor of seedlings, bubbles, metaphor of two mountains.The purpose is to feel the ultimate satisfaction. Evaluate committed practice, training the barley therapist, who is a therapist himself, to maximize the likelihood that the barley therapist will express and apply the skills learned in treatment.
