Sensitivity of the returns to scale (RTS) classifications is one of the most important concepts in data development analysis (DEA), which plays an important role in management decisions. This study carries out a survey of the sensitivity of the returns to scale classifications in two-stage network. First, a new model in input oriented is presented to illustrate the efficient DMUs in a two-stage network, followed by a new method to determine returns to scale classification (constant, increasing or decreasing returns to scale). Finally, the stability region of the RTS classifications in two-stage network DEA is considered, and shown by a new model.
