چکیده مقاله:

education is one of the most important organizations in developing and developed societies in terms of cultural, social, economic and political. We need to reach deeper into their true place and staffs are the factors affecting its performance. Factors such as communication skills and strategies to resolve conflicts on the performance of staff are effective. The present study aimed to examine the relationship between communication skills and conflict resolution management strategies in secondary school administrators, Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari's view of teacher education have been conducted. The study was descriptive and correlational study sample included 340 teachers from the province's elected Morgan used the table to Class - the relative randomly chosen floor. Means of questionnaires to collect data management strategy, conflict resolution and communication skills Barton J. Robbins Kranbakh test the reliability of the order of 81/0 and 92/8 respectively. In order to analyze the data of lambda wikens, multiple regression, multivariate analysis of variance, post hoc lsd test was used. The results showed that the communication skills and conflict resolution management strategies in p ≤ 0/05 meaningful relationship exists. Also choose between a history with the control strategy and solution-oriented conflict management to resolve significant differences were observed.
