Investigating IT elements impacting on raising the financial performance of the manufacturing companies through analytical model(Case study: Gilan Province)

This study is to investigate IT elements impacting on raising the financial performance of the manufacturing companies in Gilan Province. To realize this objective, it was done through reviewing the available researches in the field of IT and financial performance regarding Wang’s conceptual model. Statistical population included 117 manufacturing companies which were selected by simple random sampling method. The hypotheses of the research were tested by Pearson Correlation Coefficient and path analysis model. The resulted data was analysed using the statistical software SPSS. Findings show that IT elements including IT importance, continuous IT efforts, IT advantage and IT involvement have meaningful impact on companies’ financial performance
