چکیده مقاله:

Introduction and aim: each year a lot of pesticides are entered into the environment through different ways. These pesticides are dispersed in the environment and reach distant areas. For predicting the effects of these materials in the ecosystem, in addition to knowledge on their poisonousness, one should know about how they enter into the environment, how they are dispersed in the environment and their behavior in the environment. Diazinon (O, O-Diethyl O-(2-Isopropyl-6-methyl-4-pyrimidyl) Phosphorothioate) is in fact an organophosphorus that is widely employed in agriculture. Initial environmental concerns for the effect of this pesticide in destroying birds, contamination of surface water and destructive effects on aquatic species exist. Diazinon and its metabolites have been paid attention to throughout the world during alarming studies on different aquatic systems Materials and methods: in this study, during two consecutive seasons of the year (Fall and Winter of 2113) samples were collected from the soils of three agricultural soil stations in Marvdasht city in Iran. Based on a standard method, after extraction, .the soli sample was used for measuring the level of Diazinon by gas chromatography. For enriching Diazinon resistant bacteria MSM culture medium and for separation of them nutrient agar solid medium was used. Identification of the bacteria was done by common biochemical tests and growth kinetics was assessed in different Diazion concentrations. Using morphology and biochemical tests, bacteria such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Flavobactriom were separated and identified. Some bacteria were able to tolerate high concentrations of Diazinon Conclusion: the separated bacteria especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Flavobactriom are good candidates for purification and eliminating Diazinon in contaminated soils. The growth of the bacteria in different concentrations of Diazinon has been an increasing trend initially and decreasing at the end.
