In this paper, the optimal strategy for a virtual power plant participation in the energy market is proposed, taking into account the effect of uncertainty in the production of wind turbines, uncertainty in market prices and uncertainty in the demand for electric vehicles. Virtual power plant is set of distributed generation sources that are together for participation in the market. Mentioned uncertainty lead to the complexity in planning of the virtual power plant. Four strategies are proposed for virtual power plant for the energy market and optimization problem is solved with the help of teaching and learning algorithm. The first strategy regardless of the uncertainty solves the problem and can reduce the calculation time. In the second strategy, problem is solved by Monte Carlo method, taking into account the actual distribution functions of possible variables and the maximum benefit is obtained. However, the calculations time is low. In the third strategy, it is solved by point estimation method and acceptable profitability and little time of calculations is obtained. The fourth strategy confirmed its authenticity with Monte Carlo method
