چکیده مقاله:
Digital tools are projected in every aspect of Iranian lives especially tertiary students including but not limited toeducation. The question that needs to be addressed is how literate our students are digitally The rationale behind thisstudy was the lack of a suitable questionnaire which can clearly demonstrate the digital literacy of the students.Therefore, the study reports on the development of a new questionnaire to address the digital literacy level ofundergraduate students. Developing a questionnaire that closely accommodate the needs of the students in theuniversities can contribute to insights on the digital literacy.
