چکیده مقاله:

This study attempted to explore the principal struggles of two foreign language teachers(FLT) of the Deaf students who teach English to the Deaf students. The theoretical frameworkfor this particular study was Lave, sand Winger s (1991) communities of practice at the heartof this study. It highlights that knowledge can be developed through social and spontaneouscommunities that are driven by common interests and passions, whereas innovation lies in theinteraction between different communities. In order to highlight this issue, a qualitative studywas conducted with a semi-structured interview. Data collection were gathered from theresults of interviews of two English teachers at Baghcheban School in Alborz province as thecontext of the study observation and the other versatile documents. The great themes andsubthemes emerged from this study. The themes and subthemes have a new framework intheir inner layer.
