چکیده مقاله:

Psoriasis vulgaris is Ha common chronic disease. Approximately 4% of all skin diseases diagnosed in children below 16 years are attributed to psoriasis. Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with the skin T cells, which is characterized by excessive proliferation of keratinocyte and thus red plaques. The onset of the disease in children is somewhat different from adults and is related to issues such as pharyngitis, tension and trauma. 10% of cases of psoriasis occur before the age of 10 and 2% before the age of 2. The incidence of the disease in men and women varies according to the geographical area. Psoriasis is primarily an inflammatory autoimmune disease and different paths are involved in creating psoriasis. All of these paths ultimately lead to TNFα and IFNγ. In this study, the effects of three green tea extract, calendula and oak extract were investigated in inhibiting the secretion of IFNγ and TNFα factors, which confirmed the change in the secretion of inflammatory factors
