Shielding Effectiveness Calculation of a Rectangular Enclosure with Multiple Apertures

In this paper An efficient analytical technique is presented to calculate the shielding effectiveness (SE) of a rectangular enclosure with numerous small apertures. Here, using the traditional waveguide circuit model along with an appropriate equivalent admittance for the perforated wall, the SE is reliably and efficiently predicted. The method is compared to a semi-analytical technique and proves a good agreement. The approach is applicable to an array of square and circular holes of staggered and square configurations.
