Women s entrepreneurship and Information and communication technology (ICT)

The advent of information and communication technology (ICT) has changed all the aspects of the world in the third millennium to a great extent and the entrepreneurship in particular. ICT contributes to the entrepreneurship in different ways. With the changes in businesses today, ICT plays a vital role in business survival. Information has become one of the main assets in information era. ICT tools not only improve business performance but can also be used to overcome challenges specific to women entrepreneurs—time and mobility constraints; access to formal financial services, information, skills, and personalized advice; and participation in business networks.This study aims to investigate the effect of ICT in women s entrepreneurship.
