Short Term Load Forecasting Using Artificial Neural Network And Imperialist Competitive Algorithm

In last two decades, statistical methods have been usual techniques for short-term load forecasting. But today, much research has been carried out on the application of Artificial Neural Network techniques to Short-Term Load-Forecasting (STLF) problem. In this paper, The time of STLF is reduced by identifying of effective parameters in STLF by using of imperialist competitive algorithm.
