چکیده مقاله:
The process of decision making of waste disposal is a complicated and multi-objected issue that causes many difficulties for modeling. The reason of this clam, can be find in the multiplicity of objective functions of the environmental, economic, social difficulties and contradiction of them together so that optimization of a factor leads to destruction of the other ones. Therefore, to solve the problems of optimal decision-making to locate waste disposal simple models have not enough efficiency. In the resent study, the goal is to find a suitable location to disposal of the waste using two objective functions so that at the same time both economic expenses and environmental damages be minimized. In other words innovation of the current research is to optimize both economic and environmentally objective functions using NSGA-II algorithm simultaneously. Overall, 27 criteria were used for multi-objective optimization. After implementation of the proposed method, the points which had been laid on pareto1 were introduced as the result of algorithm. The process of choosing points by decision maker from the acquired points is done with respect to the two condition of minimizing total of two objective function and having high dense of point in some certain places. The outcomes in iterations of 100,150 and 200 show that the proposed method has been able to handle finding the optimal location notwithstanding there were some contradictions in the criteria. It should be mentioned that the convergence of solution in the algorithm is acceptable.
