چکیده مقاله:

The loss of much of its Agricultural products and waste from production to consumption cycle is a common, So that an average of 35 percent of the agricultural products in Iran and are in various stages of decay and the amount of food to 20 million people in 15 countries. Agricultural wastes at pre-harvest, harvest and post-harvest stages it occurs, but the bulk of the lesions and distribution of products. Postharvest losses of non-grain crops in the handling, transportation, storage and processing of grain products in the process of drying and storage occurs. Improper handling of delivering the product to market in time cause mechanical damage and possible injury and product development activities, and provides fine living. Storage at ambient conditions because of the lack of control is a significant loss of quality and quantity. Finally, according to these factors in increasing agricultural production with waste management in the agricultural production process, reducing waste is essential
