چکیده مقاله:
In this study, we report an ultrasound-assisted approach for the synthesis of perovskite nanoparticles and also the fabrication of different type of quantum dots. Finally, we have prepared our target organometallic perovskite solar cells by coating our synthesized quantum dots on perovskite nanoparticles and also investigated the effect of several quantum dots with different thicknesses to improve the efficiency of the related nanoparticles to be applied in solar cells
