Entrepreneurship in health-care centers

Introduction: Rapid changes in technology and science have been challenging developing countries recently. Meanwhile the role of entrepreneurship and existence of entrepreneurs can be really determinant. The significance of entrepreneurship has been in human lives since many years ago and it has had a lot of effects on social, cultural and economical developments. So with considering the importance of the issue, we decided to carry out research with the aim of reviewing on entrepreneurship in health care centers.Method: this study is a type of systematic review which has done by two kinds of methods that are: 1) librarial method and 2) searching in authentic data-bases that was done by using keywords such as entrepreneurship, health care centers, health &treatment, and health entrepreneurship in data-bases such as Magiran, SID, Google scholar and Scopus. After that, we found 30 articles totally.The findings: in today’s complicated world, important changes have been made in health & treatment sections, such as: diurnal increasing cost of services, competition, growth and developments of organizations and etc. Due to the researches done in health and treatment, it is shown that measurement, growth and complication of health industry have created many opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship. It is specified that there are the maximum number of opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship in health information management. Conclusion: Entrepreneurship in health can provide a new solution and it should be on the agenda of managers, planners and policy makers of the health zone, especially universities of medical sciences. So it can show up its positive role and effect in health and treatment.
