چکیده مقاله:

هدف از این مقاله ارائه ی یک چارچوب برای همسو سازی اکتساب تکنولوژی با استراتژی سازمان می باشد.. لذا ابتدا به بررسی ادبیات نظری تحقیق در مورد اکتساب تکنولوژی می پردازیم. سپس با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی چارچوب مدلتحقیق استخراج گردید. در نهایت برای انتخاب بهترین روش اکتساب تکنولوژی که با استراتژی سازمان نیز همسویی داشته باشد، از روش مدلسازی ریاضی فازی استفاده گردید.و در پایان به این نتیجه رسیدیم که مناسبترین روش اکتساب تکنولوژی ، روش جوینت ونچر است اگر روش اکتساب تکنولوژی متناسب با استراتژی سازمانی انتخاب نشود موجب اتلاف منابع و تحمل هزینه های سنگین برایبازگشت به مسیر درست می شود. و در صورت استفاده صحیح از روشهای اکتساب تکنولوژی ، نگاه رو به جلو و کمک کردن به پیش بینی مشکلات آینده ، از پیامدهای مثیت آن میباشد
