The Relationship between Crisis Management, Intelligence and Organizational Agility

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between crisis management, organizational intelligence and organizational agility. The research used correlation-descriptive method, the purpose was applied and it was cross-section in terms of time. The study sample included 322 Kerman employees. Using Cochran formula and simple random sampling 176 questionnaires were distributed. For data analysis PLS and SPSS softwares were used. For descriptive statistics part, frequency distribution and for inferential statistics structural equations were used. According to the results, there is significant relationship between crisis management, organizational intelligence and there is also a significant relationship between crisis management and organizational agility.
