چکیده مقاله:

Increased economic pressure, imported allocation models, and differentmechanization systems have contributed to instability of natural ecosystems. Moreover, population and migration growth, land degradation, the extent of soilerosion and salinity, pollution, reduction of microorganisms diversity and fertilityof soil have significantly decreased the diversity of plants[2-1]. The GeneticUse Restriction Technologies (GURTs), which have apparently been developedaiming at preventing unauthorized use of genetic materials and protectingtechnologies have caused biodiversity vulnerability in recent years. Constructionof several drought reserve dams, uncontrolled expansion of cities and roads, and agricultural land-use change for construction purposes have destroyed thenatural and agricultural ecosystems, and contributed to biodiversity extinction. This catastrophic phenomenon has emerged clearly over the past quarter century, indicating worrisome destruction indexes[3]This article aimed at developing an appropriate approach to save and transferindigenous knowledge and the current rich biodiversity, and to look at relevantproblematic issues. Moreover, it hopes to provide biodiversity and plant conservation programs with effective biotechnology methods. The outputs imply that the management of precious resources of life is one ofthe most important challenges the human today is confronting with. Sustainableprogress is an economic, social, and environmental combination aim atmaximizing welfare without putting the capabilities of next generation at risk.Biodiversity is a source, which ensures the health of societies and ecosystems,i.e. diversity secures the environmentTherefore, applying biotechnology methods is essential to be in accordancewith in situ and ex situ conservation programs. Integrating biotechnologyapplications into conservative programs is a precondition to achieve successin sustainability of and in completing the existing technologies. Tissue culturemethod is an extremely effective way to revitalize plant species at risk.s
