چکیده مقاله:

In this research, the MAFFT v7 program was used to match the nucleotide and amino acid sequences in seven genes of the cytochrome P450 enzymes for the pathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana [1]. The BOXSHADE was used to display multiple matching. The percentage of similarity of sequences with each other was calculated using the SIAS program. The results of BLASTN and BLASTP indicated that the sequences had the highest identity with P450 genes in B. biassiana strain ARSEF followed by Cordyceps militaris and Isaria fumosorosea [2]. The only amino acid sequences of CYP52X1 and CYP52G11 that were found in 52nd family were similar to 47%. Sequences associated with different families had similarities of less than 44%. In the next step, IQ-tree was used to study the phylogenetic relationships [3]. The Neigbor-Joining network was also plotted with SplitTree [4]. The results showed that the mentioned genes were most closely related to one family and were placed in a separate group as well as previous investigators [5]. The grouping of sequences in two trees, based on the amino acid sequence and the nucleotide sequence, were matched together. The importance of these data is that enzyme engineering will increase the pathogenicity of the fungus.
