Isolation and identification of parasite and saprolegnia fungiform fungal affected eggs of the rainbow trout in Kermanshah Province

Objective: The aim of this study was to isolate and identify parasites and saprophytes from fungal affected eggs of rainbow trout. Method & Materials: About 400 rainbow trout eggs from two fish farms obtained and transferred to mycology laboratory in sterile tubes. The sample were inoculated in culture media,(SDA,CMA,GPA and hemp seeds culture at 18-22ºC. Results & Conclusion: Isolated fungi were Penicillium, Aspeggillus, Paecilomyces. Acromonium, Fusarium. Helminthosporium. Mucor. Saprolegnia parasitica and S. laponica.
