چکیده مقاله:

TiO2/MCM-41 composite was synthesized by incipient wetness impregnation method and Ti-grafted MCM-41 was prepared by a post-synthetic impregnation procedure. These photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, BET and FT-IR spectroscopy. These photocatalysts were tested for photocatalytic degradation of N,N-dimethylaniline under ambient condition using H2O2 as an auxiliary oxidant. A spectrophotometer was used for monitoring the degradation process. These photocatalysts display an efficient photoactivity for degradation of N, N-dimethylaniline. The photocatalytic degradation process was completed within 70 min using a dose of 1 g/L of the TiO2/MCM-41 catalyst, and 40 min using a dose of 0.6 g/L of the Ti-grafted MCM-41 catalyst.
