Investigating the Technical and Economical Application of the Nano Particles in Producing Multi-Purpose Concrete

In this article Definitions of nanoparticles and how they affect the strength,impermeability, diffusion, and durability and hydration temperature. , after introducingnanotechnology and nanoparticles which can be used for optimizing concrete properties, conclusion of studies that have been investigated on the nanoparticles effects on theconcrete properties is presented. In this paper after studying the effects of 10 nanoparticles, which are consideredseparately, on concrete properties, it was concluded that addition of a little amount of different nanoparticles caused an improvement of cement phase of concrete and due toincrease of compressive strength and durability of concrete, and mechanical, thermal and electrical properties of concrete improved. It is considerable that investigating of nanotechnology effect on concrete and cement is spreading significantly; most of the experiments are in academic studies scale and are not utilized for commercial massive production.
