Reservoir simulation represents an essential tool for the management of water reservoirs. A key aspect of the reservoir simulation is the ease of use for management and model users. In this flood routing in Bookan reservoir dam. The modeling approach taken in this paper is significantly different from that typically taken in the development of water resources planning and management models. The environment of this kind of model provides a graphical object-oriented interface that allows the user to model complex systems without requiring proficiency in computer programming. An understanding of important system components and their interactions are the primary prerequisites for model developments. Thus, the start up time for model development in these environments is minimal. The object oriented programming environment chosen to develop the reservoir simulation model of Booken reservoir was STELLA Software. Rather than writing instructions line by line, the model was built using a set of object icons. Each object represents a type of action or process and has specific attributes that define how it interacts with other objects in the system. The probability of each flood is also taken into account to predict oriented model, simulation, Booken dam.
