چکیده مقاله:

Agarose-coated Fe3O4/SiO2 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2@Agarose) modified with Calmagite were synthesized for adsorption/desorption of metal such Cu (ll) using a magnetic solid phase extraction method . For this purpose, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) of Fe3O4 were synthesized via a chemical precipitation method and the MNPs were homogeneously included into a silica shell using a modified Stöber process. The particles were then activated by an epichlorohydrin method and functionalized with Calmagite. The prepared particles were then used for the extraction and determination of the target analytes . The particles were characterized by SEM, EDX and FT-IR. The effects of different parameters such as amount of adsorbent, pH of solution, contact time, Ionic strength , effect of volume and type of eluent and desorption time were studied by a one at a time procedure. Six replicate analyses under optimized conditions resulted in a recovery of 95.6 % with a relative standard deviation of 1.7 % for Cu. The detection limit of the method is 0.72 mg L-1. The method was successfully applied to the determination of Cu (II) in water samples
