چکیده مقاله:

Most clinical isolates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus have the mecA gene which encodes production of PBP2a, a modified penicillin binding protein with low affinity for ßlactam antibiotics. Biarum bovei extract contain phenol compound that effected on chrome synthesis of bacteria and also secondary metabolite in this plant has antibacterial properties. Biarum bovei collected from Lorestan province in Iran and cleaned and kept in natural condition in the shade at 24 to 26˚c until were dried then powdered by electric mills. The Biarum bovei was shade dried and milled to a fine powder. Powdered samples of 50 g were extracted using powder was taken into a conical flask and mixed with 500 cc solvents (50% hydro alcoholic agent) (250cc ethanol 96% + 250cc distill water) and kept on sleeker for 48 hours the sample filtered by what man's filter paper No.1. The filtrate supernatant concentrated under vacuum using rotary evaporator (medical instrument MFG...) The extract was weight and stored until use in cool, dry place. Size and morphology of nanoparticle were characterized by using TEM. Based on CLSI standards antimicrobial activity of these substances was determined by disk diffusion method and micro broth dilution. The results showed that Biarum bovei extract and MOF-3 nanostructure have antibacterial properties against bacteria that by more research can be an alternative to antibiotics.
