CDMAC: CDMA based Directional Medium Access Control Protocol for Wireless Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

Recent[t there has been too much ofinterest in utilizing high-gain directional antennas for both transmission and reception in wireless ad hoc ettorks. Different MAC layer protocols have been proposed in the literature to be used in ad hoc netvvorks with directional antennas. h this paper, a new MAC layer protocol is proposed which is based on CDMA. Simulation results show that the proposed solution can dramatically improves the throughput of the network.
