چکیده مقاله:

Project selection for infonnation and Communication Technology (ICT) sectors is a critical activity, and it is concerned with a complex process that involves many decision-making situations. in order to decide which of the proposed projects should be selected, various conflicting criteria must be considered. Even though there are many studies available to assist decision-makers in doing the process of project selection, there are no frameworks that systematically do the project selection. in addition, in most decision-making situations, decision-makers have to make decisions under uncertain status. These situations have been recognized by many researchers as a suitable jield to use fuzzy set theory. herefore, based on the concepts of agent, a framework have been developed that select projects based on fuzzy set theory. This framework provides managers with a flexible and interactive fuzzy-agent-based system to select the optimal projects for increasing the organizations' value.
