چکیده مقاله:
Single-Electron devices have been paid a lot of attention to for the recent years. Many different methods have been proposed to solve the equations and relations pertaining to these devices so far. One of them is to use the master equation. This paper attempts to provide a general solution for the master equation which is used to express the behavior of these devices. The master equation indicates that the probability function is always a continuous and smooth function for all Vs (continuous or with limited dissociation) in terms of time or position.
