To get affected by the native pattern has a lot of advantages on facades in every region that can be mentioned as follow: Impress people by getting them feel attached to the place they live at Creating a city which is uniform but lively Using local working force, materials that are adapted to the local climate, and totally creating a stable condition in region s architecture Saving energy Promotion and honoring the rich basics of country s traditional architectureIn this paper an attempt has been made to; emphasis the importance of facade s harmony with the native architecture, extract the basics of local architecture in Bojnord and assign how new residential views are affected by these, identifying proper patterns that are potentially able to extend in current architecture of Northern Khorasan province, identifying and working on the importance and functions of these pattern especially in residential facade in the region.
