چکیده مقاله:
In a high wind power penetrated system, wind farms can collaborate to control the power system frequency similarto conventional units. This paper presents a novel model to control the wind farm frequency response connected toconventional units. Throughout the proposed frequency control, washout filter and the Fuzzy-logic based controllercould determine the active power variation value in different situations. In fact, the proposed Fuzzy-logic controllerbenefits from robustness, simplicity, and reliability in order to ameliorate the frequency deviation. To improve theefficiency of the model, the defined frequency control parameters (i.e. membership function parameters) areoptimized based on a multi-objective function using Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm. This work has a uniqueperspective based on the wind farm participation through inertia control, primary frequency control, andsupplementary frequency control of the system. It is worth saying that the wind farm includes variable speedturbines, such as a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG), or a permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG).In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed model, it is applied to a typical two-area system. Keywords: permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSG), doubly fed induction generator (DFIG), loadfrequency Control (LFC), Fuzzy-logic controller, artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm.
