Experiences of Taiwan National E-Learning Program 2003-2009

Taiwan government started a national e-learning program and allocated 25 million $US each year from 2002 to 2007. The program includes Ministry of Economic Affair, National Science Council, Council of Labor Affair, Ministry of Education, Council of Culture Affair, and Ministry of Defense. From 2008, we launched another 5 year program. In this talk, I will describe the methodology and strategies of how we execute this program. Then, I will explain the structure and the content of the program. Experiences and results of the program will be presented.
