چکیده مقاله:
One of the key issues which have been considered by managers in today's organizations is the view of social capital and how it is aligned with the goals and policies of the organization, so that lead to improved employee performance, and As a result, increasing organizational productivity. The aim of this study is addressing the impact of social capital on organizational performance improvement. Also, there is a reference to some studies, in the context of social capital, and improve organizational performance, and will examine the sociological approaches them. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social capitals and improve organizational performance, and descriptions of their variables. The basic premise is to study the impact of social capital, and improve performance, relationships, and social capital variables, the variables of improvement. This research is based on objective, fundamental research component, and the data were collected, the type of research descriptive, non-experimental. Shows the results of this study, which is directly related to trust people with improving performance, and also has an indirect relationship, informal networks, improve performance, and has no direct or indirect relationship to, the normative act with better performance. Is moderate, the level of social capital, and improve performance, and there is a direct relationship between social capital and improve performance.
