چکیده مقاله:

The impact of location of refinery on cost of production and transmission of energy and environment necessitates choosing a suitable location for these facilities necessary. In order to find suitable locations for plants, Arc GIS software to integrate the required information can be effectively used.Choosing a suitable location for establishing refinery needs considering several factors. Expansion and complexity of these factors reflects the necessity of using location information technologies and their integration with other management and programming issues. For this purpose, applying an integrated system containing Geographical Information System (GIS) using Fuzzy logic, Weighted Linear Combination (WLC), and Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods could be an appropriate usage of methodologies to locate refinery. In this study, the most important factors in selecting a suitable location for the construction of refinery are determined, in addition, the role and influence of each of these factors in site selection is specified. Then, in the Arc GIS software, fuzzy membership functions is used to create maps of these criteria based on the nature and role of these factors in site selection. To combine criteria, these layers should be multiplied by their weights, for this purpose, AHP techniques are used. Finally, weighted linear combination (WLC) is handled to overlap and blending layers. The results indicate that the southern and southeastern parts of the Lorestan province are suitable for construction of the refinery and with regard to the environmental considerations optimal location are determined.
