In the present study we tried to evaluate influence of nano particles on mass transfer improvement of liquids in the air that are of high importance in planning and function of equipments, reduction of their size, energy consumption rate and efficiency rise. Studying presented equations to calculate diffusion coefficients of regular fluids and evaluating their development process within current century, Stephan method has been adopted to evaluate diffusion coefficients of nano fluids in the air. Therefore, the system of study was selected regarding factors influencing diffusion coefficients like operational conditions (temperature and pressure), nature of basic fluid, its density and type of nano particles. The strongly hydrophobic sio2 nano particles (size: 15 nanometer) were dispersed by ultrasonic shaker in carbon tetrachloride or dichloromethane organic phase. Using the equation, diffusion coefficients of the liquids in the air were calculated. The influence of presence of the nano particles in improvement of diffusion coefficient in the air was studied compared to various factors in the basic fluid. The improvement of the calculated parameter determines proportion of percent of nano particles
