چکیده مقاله:

I have designed and developed a new gas intake and exhaust valve mechanism for the IC Engines. This mechanism does not have camshaft, followers, springs, rockers, and other support elements. It is a simple design, and cheap, vibrationless and noiseless, has a minimum gas leakage than the existing mechanisms. Fuel gas is sucked exactly during the descending motion of piston, and also burned gases going out from the cylinder exactly during the lift motion of a piston, which can increase the engine efficiency up to 2-3%. Fig. 1 shows the variance in fuel gas speed during gas intake process for conventional and new mechanism with equal technical characteristics. The differences are very big. Beaside this new mechanism enable to create flow rate for optimization the functions of an engine. All the facts on this invention have been already prepared for patenting and theoretically well proved by the experts and surely it will have a great future in the automotive manufacturing engineering industries globally.
