چکیده مقاله:

This study was carried out to detect the histological structures and distribution ofintrrenal glands and cromaffin tissue of kidney at different larval stages of Persiansturgeon (Acipenser persicus). After sampling and preparing of samples by paraffinhistological method and stained by H&E method, microscopic observations showedthat the kidneys were not developed completely at larvae stage before yolk absorption(about 10 mm in size) and interrenal cells are forming filamentary betweenhematopoietic tissue and cardinal vein at the head and body parts of kidneys. Thesecells were distributed among kidney tissue without coating with a significant capsula.Cardinal vein is forming at this stage. Several days after absorbing yellow sac (inlarvae with size 20 mm), migrating of interrenal cells to body parts of kidney wasstarted. As well as hematopoietic, chromaffin, Lipidogenesis cells were also observedat this stage indicating clearing of interrenal cells. Interrenal cells and cromaffintissues were coated with epithelium tissue. At this stage, cardinal vein was diagnosticto some extent. Generally, differentiation between these two stages and migrating ofchromaffin and interrenal cells were obvious. Based on results, developmentalprocess of kidney are gradually occure at different stages of life in Acipenserpersicus.
