Rank Based ACS for Open Vehicle Routing Problem

This paper proposes a combination of ACS and ASrank, we called ACSrank, to solve the open vehicle routing problem (OVRP). The numerical experiments show that the ACSrank are competitive with other algorithms provided in the literature for the OVRP
