چکیده مقاله:

Soil and water resources are a vital part of human life, contaminating the soil with petroleum products due to the chemical and hazardous nature of the concerns that threaten the environment for humans and other organisms, Bioremediation technology, given the results have a bright future in pollution monitoring. For this purpose, the soil of Bakhtiardasht -Isfahan was selected and the bioremediation system was used from three levels of urban waste compost 0, 2 and 5 as weight percent. Also, to study the effect of different levels of urban waste compost on phytoremediation and soil refinement of samples during 45 days under barley cultivation (variety of karoon in kavir), until the end of a plant growth period. At the end of this period percentage of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) were measured in two 45 and 90-day incubation periods after plant cultivation. The highest yield reduction in total petroleum hydrocarbons was related to 5% soil and compost treatment with barley after 90 days.
