چکیده مقاله:

the significance and role of technology transfer in the industrial development of countries and closing the technology gap between the developing and undeveloped countries is an unavoidable reality. Technology transfer depends upon various factors based on the conditions of the sender and receiver; therefore, the industrialization of communities is performed based on the recognition of some factors leading to the success or failure of technology transfer and commercialization. It is necessary to evaluate the effective factors on technology transfer for long-term planning and decision makings and also for survival in the competitive positions. The present study is aimed to identify and prioritize the effective factors on technology transfer in automotive parts manufacturing industry. This study identifies the effective factors on technology transfer using statistical methods and SPSS software. For the prioritization and significance of the effective indexes, Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) and Expert Choice software are applied. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and it is a descriptive-survey design in terms of data collection method. The data collection measure is a questionnaire and its validity is supported by the industry experts and professors of University. To evaluate the reliability of questionnaire, Cronbach s alpha test is used and this shows the acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. Based on the achieved results and weights of factors and indexes, the quality of equipment and product quality had the highest impact on technology transfer in automotive parts manufacturers industry.
