چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this analysis is to develop a structured way to defining, identifying, assessing and mitigating the Risks of developing pars Oil and Gas Company development phases. In this research, the main focus is to find an effective model for Risk Management. South pars phase 11 of POGC finds itself among various hazards during the Project. Therefore, The Project Managers require managing the Risks for decreasing or eliminating the impact of these hazards on the Project. Combining two models of Risk Management to find the best mechanism for managing potential Risks in the Project mentioned above has been selected which has been found an appropriate and suitable model for managing Risks of POGC. This combined model is formed from Risk Concept Maps Model and Snowball Effect control Model as the best strategic solution for risk management and assessment for managers of POGC. This model is appropriate for reducing Risks in phase 11 of POGC, too. The new combined model is based on graphical method which didn‘t have implemented until yet. Among the types of Risk Management Models, the new model has been demonstrated as a very good tool since deducts cost with graphical feature and creates an enjoyable work situation motivating experts who work in related teamwork. The main deliverable of the suggested new combined model is that the main Risk in all POGC development phases is time; particularly the field is shared with Qatari side where the development is expediting as much as it can be since Qatar is not faced with some significant international situations as Iran is.
