چکیده مقاله:

Goal: The main aim of this study is Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) of the Key factors and dimensions in Agility of Logistics Engineering and Management (ALEM) (Case Study: TONDAR 90 Deputy, Iran Khodro Company, Tehran, Iran). Research Methodology: This study is descriptive- survey and falls into the category of practical studies. 5 top experts in the TONDAR 90 Deputy, Iran Khodro Company, are the population in this research. To diagraph of the Key factors in agility of Logistics Engineering and Management, used the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). Conclusion: Based on the result of the driving power – dependency matrix, customer requirements has higher driving power and accountability has lower driving power. Also, customer requirements, has lower dependency and accountability has higher dependency in agility of logistics engineering and management. Based on the result of ISM model, capability of agility located in first level, agility enablers located in second level and finally, Agility drivers located in third level.
