چکیده مقاله:

Happening the Industrial Revolution and Developing the technology and information systems, and then after that, increasing women's entry to workplaces and overcrowding in the labor market and increasing the working hours that leads to conflict between work and personal life, the term Work-Life Balance (WLB) is a newly considered phenomenon in the fields of management and psychology. The aim of this paper is introducing the concepts of work and life separately, analyzing general and various aspects of work- life balance and identifying its barriers and ways to overcome them.
