چکیده مقاله:
The present study examines Iran Khodro Company, as the biggest automotive industry of Iran, in respect of corporate entrepreneurial attitude. Samples were selected by stratified sampling among population of۳۷۴۲ experts, middle managers and top managers of Iran Khodro Co. and using Cochrane formula 187 member samples was selected. Data collection tool was Lampkin’s standard questionnaire. Validity of questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha and its value was beyond 0.8. To answer the question of research using semi-structured interview with the elites of automotive industry, collected data incorporated with findings of research literature and by acquired knowledge from automobile industry market, all of data analyzed by SPSS, version 18.5 and Lisrel, version.8.5. In descriptive statistic, respondents’ distribution compared according to various characteristics including, frequency, percentage, cumulative percentage, mean, median, mode, standard deviation and coefficient of variations. In inferential statistic, the relationship between dependant variable and independent variables examined using Pearson Correlation tests and to compare the means, f test was used. Factor analysis used to classify aspects and components of corporate entrepreneurial attitude of Iran Khodro. And finally, to distinguish the extent of reliability of indications in corporate entrepreneurial attitude of Iran Khodro, also, to determine share and effects of each component on formation of corporate entrepreneurial attitude of Iran Khodro, the confirmatory factor analysis was employed. The results showed that all components of corporate entrepreneurial attitude of Iran Khodro were in middle position
