Surveying the operational status of the factors of knowledge management in Gas Company of Markazi Province, Iran

his study tries to find the operational status of the key factors of knowledge management the Gas Company of Arak Province in Iran. The samples are 252 employees .The Questionnaire used for data collection. The results show that, the conditions of technology infrastructure, culture and protection of knowledge is appropriate for the implementation of knowledge management, but the organizational structure, knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and application of knowledge for the implementation of knowledge management is not appropriate
