چکیده مقاله:

Background: The developments of information and communication systems have very positive effects in various fields of science، social and economic benefits of these systems have been widely used. These effects lead to fundamental changes in traditional attitudes in today's organizations، especially have been effected universities and institutions to higher education. The aim of this study is determine the attitude of the staff and nurses with extended information systems and communication about conflict management in teaching hospitals. Methods: In this cross-sectional study، 50 nurses were randomly selected. Data were collected through 30 questions of a questionnaire that was conducted for this aim. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results: This study showed that 50 nurses claim that the style of communication compromise conflict management and use of information systems. Nurses believed that the style of compromise and problem-solving styles، organizational conflicts regarding the use of information systems and communication can not be used in nursing. Conclusion: academic centers and universities as main، important and especial centers in the education and health promotion knowledge and awareness sequences.Especially responsible for health care and improving public health and must keep pace with global developments، they are also the source of recent developments with a view of information systems as a strategic resource in an effective and educational organizations and are used by health care. This study showed that nurses with the use of information systems and communication style compromise in nursing practice were not compromised to use of these conflict management methods.
