چکیده مقاله:
This study was carried out to Semi-intensive culture of Nannochloropsis osculate a marine micro alga at Gomishan workshop located in the province of Golestan in the autumn and winter of 2004. Cell abundance was provided in five mediums F/2 (Control), Conway, Miguels, Sato and TMRL. A flask-Culture pilatscale system was also established in five 500 ml (including 250 ml medium) with similar densities of Nannochloropsis occultation in all mediums to an overall algal density of 5 x 106 cells m-1. The abundance was increased during 6 days and at the end of sixth
day, was counted by a Neobar, microscope and Spectrophotometer. There was no significant different (P>0.05, SL=0.01) in the cell density and absorption rate at 750 nm between Sato nd TMRL mediums but there was a significant difference (P<0.05, S.L=0) in all other mediums. According to this study Conway and TMRL mediums with 9332.5 and 48.88 consecutively have maximum and minimum percent of cells
abundance at the end of sixth days. To approve this, during oure experiment, absorption rate was studied. Conway and TMRL mediums with 1.068 and 0.812 consecutively have maximum and minimum value. This study indicates that Conway, Miguels and F/2 mediums have the potential to be used as effective mediums for the culture of Nannochloropsis oculata microalga.
