چکیده مقاله:

K-Cr/MCM-41 nanocatalysts with 8 wt.% chromium and different contents of potassium were prepared byimpregnation method. The physicochemical properties of the nanocatalysts were evaluated by XRD, BET, FESEM andEDX techniques. Performance tests were carried out to investigate the influence of different contents of potassiumpromoter on the catalyst activity in the range of 550-700ºC and catalyst stability at 700ºC for oxidative dehydrogenation(ODH) of ethane with CO2. EDX results showed that all samples have high dispersion. FESEM analysis confirmed thatall of prepared samples contain nano scale particles. BET and FESEM results demonstrated that loading of potassium, decreases surface area sharply but improves surface morphology and reduce the size of particles. The catalyst with 6 wt.% potassium exhibited best catalytic performance among all samples and had good stability during 600 min time ofstream because of better surface morphology, smaller particles size and promoted acid-base properties.
