چکیده مقاله:

In this research, effect of chromium loading from 0 to 11wt% on the structure and catalytic performance ofCr/MCM-41 Nanocatalysts for oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of ethane with CO2 was investigated. The sampleswere prepared via impregnation method and characterized with XRD, FESEM, EDX and BET analysis, then used ascatalysts at range of 550-700 C. BET and XRD results showed that the chromium adding reduces specific surface area, increases crystallites size and improves crystallinity. The FESEM results indicated that with increasing of chromiumcontent up to 8 wt.%, particle size become smaller and more uniform, but with the increasing the loading again, particlesgrow and go out of nanometric range. So, catalyst with 8 wt% Cr loading had the best structure with particle size about30 nm. Moreover, it exhibited more better catalytic performance (57% yield at 700 C) than the other ones that confirmsthe influence of catalyst structure on the catalytic performance.
